Doll Quilt Update

The quilts went over even better than I expected. P, the little boy, is a major blankie lover and was very excited. He kept running around showing everyone and spreading it out on the ground to look at it. My partner said he has carried it constantly since he got it. I am going to call this project a success.

Next up is the tooth fairy pillow project I have had on my mind for a while. I gave M hers the other night since she is already in the tooth loosing stage, but I ran out of white fabric and could not finish P's yet. I didn't think it would be a big deal until he looked at me with those big eyes and said "where's my piwo." So sad. I am working on his now. I also have orders for 4 more from another co-worker. I may end up putting them up in my Etsy site.

YAY for successes! Great job! Aww how sweet was that little guy?! My 5 year old is a blanket lover too. he has his main "lovie" and like 3 other blankets he sleeps with. It's so cute! You have an amazing talent and I'm green with envy ;o)

P.S. do you have the link to your Etsy site? I didn't see one on your profile. It's ENTIRELY possible I missed it....If you don't have it on your site and don't want it public, can you email it to me? webcat6@gmail.com

Thanks. My Etsy site is completely empty right now as the adoption stuff was my main focus for a while, but I will be adding stuff soon and I will let you know.

I have a few quilts that are close to completion and want to add some handmade toys and also my baby gear too. Too many ideas and too little time is the story of my life right now.

I love your doll quilts - so sweet! As far as worrying about the homestudy - it really is true what everyone says, that it is not as bad/hard as it seems. In the moment, it feels really invasive and nerve-wracking, but as things progress, it is easier.
